This page explains how to delete your Roamify account and the personal data we hold about you. Roamify (Pvt) Limited operates the Roamify website at roamify.net, the Roamify Traveler iOS app, and the Roamify Driver mobile app (together, the "Services").
If you signed up with Facebook Login, Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, or with an email and password, all the options below apply equally.
1. The fastest way
From the Traveler iPhone app
- Open Roamify Traveler on your iPhone.
- Tap the Profile tab in the bottom bar.
- Tap the gear icon (top right) to open Settings.
- Tap Privacy → Delete Account (at the bottom).
- Read the confirmation, then tap Delete.
Your account is closed immediately and signed out everywhere. Personal data is queued for permanent deletion within 30 days (see Section 4).
From the website
- Sign in at roamify.net/signin.
- Go to your account page.
- Scroll to Delete account and click Delete my account….
- Type
DELETEand confirm with your password (or re-authenticate with the social provider you used). Click Delete forever.
By email
If you can't sign in, write to admin@roamify.net from the email address on your account.
Subject: Delete my Roamify account
Include:
- Your full name
- The email address registered with Roamify
- Any trip booking reference numbers, if relevant
- The sign-in method you used (email, Apple, Google, or Facebook)
We acknowledge requests within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 calendar days of verifying your identity.
2. If you signed up with Facebook Login
Revoking Facebook's connection to Roamify and deleting your Roamify account are two separate actions. You can do one without the other, but most people want both.
To remove Facebook's connection to Roamify
- Open facebook.com/settings → Apps and Websites.
- Find Roamify Traveler.
- Click Remove. Facebook will stop sharing data with us going forward.
This does not delete the Roamify account itself — only the link between Roamify and Facebook. Your trips, bookings, and profile remain.
To delete the Roamify account too
Use any option in Section 1 (in-app, web, or email). Once deletion completes, we no longer hold any personal data we received from Facebook other than the limited retained records described in Section 5.
3. If you signed up with Apple or Google
The process is the same as Facebook:
- Apple: Settings → Apple ID → Password & Security → Apps Using Apple ID → Roamify Traveler → Stop Using Apple ID.
- Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions → Roamify Traveler → Remove access.
Then complete the Roamify-side deletion using any option in Section 1.
4. What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- Profile data — name, photo, email, phone, passport reference, country, sign-in identifiers from Apple, Google, or Facebook.
- All trip drafts, AI Planner prompts and outputs, saved itineraries, and wishlist entries.
- Concierge and support chat threads.
- Push notification tokens and device identifiers.
- Reviews you posted are anonymised — the review text remains visible to future travelers without your name or photo.
- Your marketing email preferences (we add a one-way "do-not-contact" flag so we never re-add you).
Deletion runs across primary databases, search indexes, file storage, and analytics within 30 days. Routine backup snapshots are overwritten on a 30-day rotation, after which no copy of your data remains.
5. What we may keep, and why
Some categories must stay longer for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons:

Retained records are stored separately from active product data, accessed only when legally required, and protected with the same security controls described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Export your data first
Once deletion completes, we cannot recover trip history, drafts, or saved itineraries — even if you change your mind. If you want a copy before deleting, request a portable export from the same email above with the subject Export my data. We send a ZIP archive of your account data within 7 days.

If we cannot complete deletion within 30 days (rare — typically due to a pending booking or legal hold), we notify you with the reason and the date by which it will complete.

- California — the California Privacy Protection Agency.
